1. Overview
HomeAideas is a business-to-business concept visualization and workflow acceleration product. It uses AI-assisted workflows to help customers generate, edit, enhance, and transform visual design concepts from customer content and workflow selections.
This page is intended as a public summary of our AI transparency and responsible AI posture. It does not create a service-level agreement, warranty, accuracy guarantee, professional assurance, or additional contractual commitment unless expressly stated in an order form, data processing agreement, or other written agreement signed by HomeAideas.
2. What HomeAideas Uses AI For
HomeAideas may use AI-assisted workflows to create and modify visual outputs, including renders, concept images, design variations, previews, enhancements, and other visual project materials.
AI-assisted workflows may support tasks such as style changes, material changes, lighting changes, furniture and decor changes, image enhancement, concept generation, floor-plan visualization, sketch visualization, CAD-based visualization, and other product workflows made available through HomeAideas.
HomeAideas is designed to support business workflows, client presentations, concept exploration, marketing preparation, and project communication. It is not designed to replace qualified architects, designers, engineers, contractors, surveyors, code consultants, valuation professionals, legal advisors, or other professional reviewers.
3. Customer Content and Workflow Inputs
Customer content may include images, CAD files, sketches, floor plans, project files, materials, workflow selections, instructions, brand references, and other content submitted to HomeAideas by or for a customer.
HomeAideas may process customer content and workflow selections to provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the service, and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights, permissions, consents, notices, and lawful basis needed to upload and process customer content through HomeAideas.
4. Model Providers and Workflow Details
HomeAideas may use third-party AI, image-processing, rendering, cloud, infrastructure, and operational providers to deliver AI-assisted workflows.
We disclose AI provider and service-provider categories publicly, but we do not publicly list exact AI providers, model names, model versions, infrastructure providers, internal prompts, routing logic, workflow stack, architecture details, or internal evaluation methods.
Exact AI providers, model posture, subprocessors, architecture details, and workflow review materials may be provided under NDA, data processing agreement, order form, enterprise review, or security review.
5. Model Training and Service Improvement
Customer uploads, project files, and generated outputs are not used to train HomeAideas models or third-party AI foundation models by default, unless this is separately agreed in writing with the customer.
HomeAideas may use usage data, de-identified or aggregated information, workflow performance data, safety signals, and error logs to operate, secure, debug, evaluate, and improve the service.
HomeAideas will not use these improvement activities to expose confidential customer project content except as needed to provide support, investigate issues, protect the service, comply with law, or perform an agreed review.
6. Output Limitations
AI-assisted outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a customer's intended use.
Outputs may be affected by the quality, completeness, accuracy, lighting, perspective, file format, and rights status of the customer content provided, as well as the selected workflow, system behavior, technical conditions, and third-party provider behavior.
HomeAideas does not represent that outputs are unique, copyrightable, registrable, non-infringing, technically accurate, dimensionally accurate, code-compliant, construction-ready, or free from similarity to outputs generated for other customers.
7. Human Review and Professional Responsibility
HomeAideas outputs are conceptual visualization aids only. They are not architectural drawings, engineering documents, construction documents, code-compliance reports, safety reviews, material specifications, procurement instructions, valuations, legal advice, or professional advice.
Customers remain responsible for measurements, dimensions, load-bearing elements, structural safety, material suitability, local laws, building codes, planning rules, permits, accessibility rules, fire safety, contractor instructions, client commitments, and all professional review required for a project.
Customers must independently review outputs before using them for client presentations, marketing, public listings, marketplace content, construction, renovation, procurement, installation, valuation, legal decisions, safety decisions, regulatory submissions, or contractual commitments.
8. Output Disclosure and Provenance
HomeAideas may display product-level indicators that outputs are AI-assisted where appropriate in the product experience.
HomeAideas does not currently promise durable watermarks, embedded metadata, public provenance records, third-party AI-detection compatibility, or persistent downstream labels for generated outputs.
Customers are responsible for making AI-output disclosures to clients, regulators, marketplaces, buyers, investors, contractors, or the public where required by law, contract, platform policy, professional rules, or customer commitments.
9. Prohibited and Misleading Uses
Customers must not use HomeAideas or its outputs to mislead clients, regulators, buyers, marketplaces, contractors, or the public.
Customers must not present AI-assisted outputs as built, approved, measured, engineered, inspected, professionally verified, legally compliant, code compliant, or guaranteed unless that statement has been independently verified by appropriately qualified professionals.
Customers must not use HomeAideas to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise improper content.
10. Reporting Problematic Outputs
Customers may report problematic, unsafe, infringing, misleading, biased, unexpected, or technically incorrect outputs by contacting support@homeaideas.com.
Reports should include enough information for HomeAideas to understand the issue, such as the workspace, project context, workflow used, relevant input files, output examples, screenshots, timestamps, and the potential impact.
HomeAideas may review reports to improve support, reliability, safety, workflow behavior, and product quality, subject to the applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Security page, and written customer agreements.
11. Relationship to Other Legal Pages
The Terms of Service govern output rights, customer responsibilities, acceptable use, disclaimers, suspension, limitation of liability, indemnity, and other contractual terms.
The Privacy Policy explains personal data handling, AI processing, model-training posture, retention, deletion, data residency, international transfers, and privacy rights.
The Security page explains safeguards, vendor review posture, vulnerability reporting, incident response posture, and enterprise security review materials.
If there is a conflict between this page and a signed order form, data processing agreement, enterprise agreement, or other written agreement signed by HomeAideas, the signed written agreement controls for that customer.
12. Changes to This Page
We may update this AI Transparency / Responsible AI page from time to time as our service, workflows, providers, safeguards, review processes, or legal obligations evolve.
If changes are material, we may take reasonable steps to notify customers, such as by email, account notice, website notice, or updating the "Last updated" date.
